Test and Verify

Once our technicians have reconnected your PC equipment, we will power up and verify connectivity of all peripherals and equipment.

If needed, we can perform any and all of the following tests, at no additional charge:

• Login to the local machine or to your company's network.
• Test internet connectivity.
• Test email or application functionality.
• Test / add / remove network or local printers.

Additionally, the following services can be performed by our technicians either on a per-piece or hourly basis:

• Asset inventory of PC equipment.
• Addition or replacement of expansion cards (new NIC's, video cards, etc.)
• Deployment of new hardware.
